Let’s utilize the technology available to creatively connect, practice skills, and learn from one another. Check out these upcoming educational services – family friendly, designed for busy lives, and requiring no previous experience.
September 3, 2020 – October 8, 2020. Drop in once or weekly on Thursdays 12:00pm – 12:30pm (PST) for brief guided mindfulness exercises designed to strengthen your connection to food. Freely offered through early October, although a small donation supports this work. Advance registration required – you’ll find the Zoom links for each date and its associated topic here: September 3 (a basic introduction to mindful eating); September 10 (listening to hunger); September 17 (rescheduled due to wildfire conditions); September 24 (honoring seasons of food); October 8 (mindful eating for families). All participants who register will also receive a copy of the recorded session, within the week – a helpful feature if you aren’t available to attend at the scheduled time.
