It’s been exactly two months since I’ve closed my practice as a psychotherapist, but it already feels like I’ve been away a lifetime. Patience 🌱. Ah, friends. I'm about out of it with many things in my life right now. Deep breath because growing is a marathon, not a sprint. Who's in the middle of #seedstarting season? 🙋🏻‍♀️ Did you know that U.S. advertisers spend over $200 billion per year to grab your attention (often without you knowing it)? 💰💰💰 I'm feeling pretty solid with my #plantpropagation skills (these #lavandula X intermedia cuttings come from our old Portland farm, and will be for sale soon), and I spent some time yesterday uppotting in the rain on my balcony, where my greenhouses are staged 😁. #smallspacegardening Gardening is my favorite therapy, the #borage series 🌿😏. More on borage in my bio link - I'll have borage plants for sale again by Mother's Day! 🌱 I've been thinking a lot about what supports or thwarts growth lately. Take these vegetable seedlings that I helped water today at the Cesar Chavez Demo Garden. 🌱🌱🌱 "You're never too old to play in the dirt." TRUTH. Happy #springsolstice, everyone! 🌱💮🌿 A page from the cat chronicles. 😽 #rest #restoration #timein #naptime #weekendvibes #mygardentoday #catmoments #cattherapy #savoring #orangetabbycat #catrescue #familypets #parentinglife #stressrelief #takeabreak Happy #stpatricksday, friends! 💚 No big Irish meal planned tonight but my hubby will be drinking a Guinness.
